WEEK EIGHT AS TECHNICIAN CLERCK (16 July 2012 - 20 July 2012)

• Learn format Windows 7 original for netbook Acer Aspire One. Only need to recover again from old Window. Once over, install software and Microsoft Office.

WEEK SEVEN AS TECHNICIAN CLERK ( 9 July 2012 - 14 July 2012)

• Learn how to open casing printer Samsung ML-4551ND. This printer damage on motherboard and power shot.
• Make database for an technician to entry and out printer every day. Do in Microsoft Office Access 

WEEK SIX AS TECHNICIAN CLERK ( 2 July 2012 - 7 July 2012)

• Copy and burn cd driver & software for my own. 
• Replace admin clerk for this week. I'll manage and take over money in and out on that day. I'll record in book and then in computer. 

WEEK FIVE AS TECHNICIAN CLERCK (25 June 2012 - 30 June 2012)

• This week I learn open casing PC and know computer components such as motherboard, ram, processor, power supply and so on. 
• Learn how to format PC and install driver and software. Then test ok.

WEEK FOUR AS TECHNICIAN CLERK (18 June 2012 - 23 June 2012)

• Learn how to set up cable extension electric for SUKMA as much as 360 cable.
• Customer name Zaaba, bring notebook brand Acer Aspire 47362. His notebook need to activate windows.

WEEK THREE AS TECHNICIAN CLERK (11 June 2012 - 16 June 2012)

Customer name Nazmi, he bring notebook brand Acer Aspire 4741G.

• This notebook problem is overheat and need to replace fan.
• This notebook have sent to E-Gate Service Centre for replace fan 

SECOND WEEK AS CLERK TECHNICIAN (4 June 2012 - 9 June 2012)

Customer name Rahim, he bring Pc clone that hanging and slow.

• Firstly I must backup all the data and then format
• Next I must install printer driver.  

FIRST WEEK AS CLERK TECHNICIAN (28 May 2012 - 2 June 2012)

On the first day of industrial training, I was introduced to the staff of the company. Company that I selected is Aainaa Computer System Sdn. Bhd. The company is doing business repair, services, sales and supply pc, notebook, and printer for customers. The company located at No 50 & 51, Stadium Darul Makmur, 25200 Kuantan, Pahang. This company possessed by Mr. Wan Ahmad Faizal Bin Wan Abdullah. Time trade this company from Monday to Saturday start 9 o'clock in the morning to 6 o'clock in the afternoon. While Saturday on the other hand start 9.30 o'clock in the morning to 1 afternoon. In Saturday first week per month, company no operate and all staff given leave.

On this day I instructed on management of the company by clerk namely Cik Kamariah. Firstly I taught to know types of goods stock such as type ink printer that various brands such as HP, Canon and so on. I also be taught how want manage money go in and out company every day. Apart from that, I also be taught to count item stocks before end working hours every day. I take time for four days to understand and study more in-depth on company business.

First day I given duty as clerk technician. Task which need I doing is

• Record go in and out notebook, pc, printer and electronic goods on every day.
• Record date enter, client's name, phone number, type and goods brand, accessory list that customer brought like adapter, battery, bag and others.
• Record damage of commodity.
• Customer name Suhana, bring notebook brand HP Pavilion g4-1213tu. Learn how to format this notebook and install office 2007.
